Description

Allconstruct was engaged by FKG Group to deliver a range of critical internal and external works for the state-of-the-art Bob Atkinson Operational Capabilities Centre in Wacol. This counter-terrorism training facility—constructed for Queensland Police and emergency services—includes a mock town, helicopter landing area, and multiple tactical training environments, all constructed to the highest security and compliance standards.

Works

Key elements included:

• Internal wall framing, partitions, and sheeting across office and operational areas

• Fit-out of secure admin and training zones

• Carpentry and linings across simulated urban environments

• Installation of robust CFC cladding and external facade works

Our Management

Due to the sensitivity and security classification of the facility, Allconstruct operated under high-security protocols, working alongside FKG’s leadership and government representatives. Our team was required to meet strict clearance requirements and adapt to non-standard building methodologies reflective of operational training purposes.
