Description

Allconstruct were engaged by Kane to deliver internal fit-outs and façade systems for the new PCYC Cronulla Park Indoor Sports Centre. Designed to support the Logan community through fitness and youth engagement programs, the centre includes a state-of-the-art gym, training rooms, office facilities, and a multi-purpose indoor court area.

Works

Key elements included:

• Internal wall framing, plasterboard sheeting, and setting

• Ceiling systems and finish carpentry throughout office and gym areas

• Installation of CFC cladding and architectural façade systems

Our Management

Our project managers worked closely with Kane Constructions site team to align with delivery milestones and community-driven opening dates. Allconstruct ensured all trades were coordinated for timely handovers across different functional zones of the building.

Value Add

By deploying streamlined crew rotations and well-sequenced material logistics, Allconstruct helped fast-track the fit-out phase. Our attention to quality finishes ensured the PCYC brand was reflected in the final presentation, and the centre was fully operational in time for community launch events.
