Allconstruct Interiors delivered full internal and external works for Oaky Bay Apartments—Coomera’s flagship boutique lifestyle development. Positioned in the prestigious marine precinct, the multi-storey residences overlook the Coomera River and stretch toward Surfers Paradise. This project marked the region’s first residential build of its kind, combining luxury with functionality to meet the growing demand for quality lifestyle living on the Far Northern Gold Coast.

Key elements included:

• Full interior fit-outs across all apartment types

• Ceilings, partitions, wet areas, and joinery installations

• CFC external cladding, aluminum finishes, and balcony features

• Installation of the truss roofing
