Description

Allconstruct Interiors was engaged by FKG to deliver comprehensive interior fit-outs and façade installations for the Gold Coast Special School (GCSS) in Coomera. This state-of-the-art facility was developed to cater to the growing demand for specialist education infrastructure in the northern Gold Coast region, providing a supportive and inclusive environment for students with diverse learning needs.

• All structural steel and external framing

• Roof trusses

• Installation of internal walls, ceilings, doors, and joinery

• Acoustic treatments and finishes to support sensory-friendly learning

• External façade detailing and soffit linings

Our Management

Operating under strict safety, noise, and accessibility controls, our site team coordinated daily with FKG’s project leaders and the Department of Education to ensure compliance and responsiveness to evolving site needs. Our management approach emphasized minimal disruption to the active educational environment.
