Description

Allconstruct is currently engaged by FKG to deliver internal fit-out and cladding works for a premium aged care facility in Brisbane’s bayside suburb of Manly. The facility is part of a major redevelopment adjoining the heritage-listed Lota House, led by Anglicare Southern Queensland and The Village Retirement Group.

Works

Key elements included:

• Internal fit-out for aged care units and common areas

• Installation of suspended ceilings, partitions, and high-spec finishing carpentry

• External CFC cladding and architectural façade systems

Our Management

Allconstruct is delivering this live project under a tailored management approach, with regular on-site coordination meetings and safety oversight. Our team works in collaboration with FKG’s supervisors to align with evolving project milestones and regulatory requirements.

Value Add

Allconstruct’s early involvement in the tender and design phase enabled the builder to plan more effectively around structural challenges and staging. By assisting with early works and preconstruction planning, we helped create smoother program flow and increased efficiency before full trades arew mobilised.
